Start your tour with a visit to a local distillery museum. You will experience a representation of local life in the past years while you will also have the chance to see the traditional distillation method and taste local spirits like ouzo, tsikoudia and classic liqueurs.
Our next stop will be a traditional family-owned tavern located right by the water for your dinner. Almost all of the products in that tavern are family grown while fish are caught by their own private fishing boat.
The dinner includes local specialties like the Santorinian salad, Fava beans, Tomato fritters, Ntolmadakia, and Fresh fish fillet! The main course can also be replaced by a steak or a Vegetarian moussaka!
Complete your experience at a local winery, overlooking the magnificent caldera of Santorini. Enjoy the famous local varieties in a wine tasting while admiring amazing views of the cliffs and the caldera at sunset time.
