Tour description

Begin your day with a visit to the majestic Prophet Elias Monastery, perched at the highest point of Santorini. From this breathtaking vantage, enjoy sweeping panoramic views of the entire island and neighboring isles—an ideal setting for stunning photographs that truly capture the spirit of the Aegean.

Next, journey to Pyrgos, the island’s former capital and one of its most charming traditional villages. Offering views that span both sides of Santorini, Pyrgos is a picturesque blend of Cycladic and Venetian architecture. Meander through its maze-like alleys, explore the old castle, and immerse yourself in its timeless charm. Keep an eye out for the adorable local donkeys—an endearing highlight for younger travelers! Before leaving, take a break at a traditional café to savor creamy Greek yogurt drizzled with honey and sprinkled with nuts.

Your adventure continues at the innovative Lost Atlantis Experience museum, where history and myth come alive through immersive, interactive exhibits. Step into the legend of Atlantis in an exhilarating 9D experience, engage with the ideas of the great philosopher Plato, and uncover the ancient secrets and stories behind Santorini’s mythical past.

Then head to the island’s southern tip and the Akrotiri Lighthouse—an idyllic location to soak in the boundless blue of the Aegean Sea. Don’t forget to take some memorable photos with the picturesque swing hanging from a seaside tree.

End your tour on a high note at Perivolos, Santorini’s most beloved black sand beach. This family-friendly haven is perfect for swimming, sunbathing, and relaxing by the crystal-clear waters. Snorkeling gear is provided to enhance your aquatic adventure. You’ll also find a variety of beach bars and restaurants nearby—perfect for renting sunbeds, enjoying a leisurely lunch, or even diving into some thrilling water sports for a burst of adrenaline.
